Accountability

Why Accountability Matters

This manual exists because we need a clear, documented system that ensures nothing falls through the cracks. The boys' well-being depends on consistency, and consistency requires accountability.

Accountability is not about punishment—it's about clarity. When expectations are clear and documented, everyone knows what success looks like.

Weekly Check-In

At our weekly check-in meeting, I will ask you to report on:

  • Tasks completed during your "active hours"
  • Any challenges or issues that arose
  • What you need from me to do your job better

This is a two-way conversation. If something isn't working, tell me. If you need more support, ask. We're a team.

The Goal: The goal of this accountability system is not to micromanage you. The goal is to set you up for success, protect the boys, build trust, and create a sustainable system that works for everyone.

If you follow this manual, you will do well. If you have questions, ask. If something isn't working, tell me.
