  • Report anything concerning to Mom immediately

Tech Troubleshooting Basics

Device won't turn onCheck if it's charged. Try a different charger.
App not workingClose the app completely and reopen. Restart device if needed.
Wi-Fi not connectingRestart the device. Check if other devices have Wi-Fi. Restart router if needed.
Frozen screenHold power button for 10 seconds to force restart.
Unknown issueGoogle the error message. If still stuck, ask Mom.
